  • Charge: Prescription Fraud (class 5 felony); Forgery (class 4 felony).

Result: Diversion

  • Charge: ACCCHS Fraud (would have been a class 2 felony due to significant dollar amount involved)

Result: Prevented charges from being filed

  • Charge: Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices (class 2 felony), Theft, Forgery, multiple counts. Significant prison would have been mandatory if convicted.

Result: Probation (reduced to class 6 felony with a chance to further reduce to a misdemeanor)

  • Charge: Theft/embezzlement (class 2 felony); Forgery; Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Significant prison would have been mandatory if convicted.

Result: Probation (reduced to class 6 felony with a chance to further reduce to a misdemeanor)

  • Charge: Forgery (class 4 felony); Unemployment Insurance Fraud. Significant prison would have been mandatory if convicted.

Result: Reduced to a misdemeanor with no probation, fines, or jail time (terminal disposition)

  • Charge: Assault (CIM)

Result: Dismissed

  • Charge: Aggravated Assault, deadly weapon (class 3 dangerous felony). Significant prison time would have been mandatory if convicted.
